My personal favorite at Radio Bakery is their mouth-watering avocado toast topped with perfectly poached eggs and a sprinkle of chili flakes. The combination of flavors and textures in this dish is simply divine. I also highly recommend trying their freshly baked croissants, which are flaky, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

Pastries were DELICIOUS. We got the custard croissant, cinnamon bun and pan au chocolate. Everything tasted GREAT - a little on the sweeter side so will note that. We also got the roast beef and ham/butter sandwiches. Sandwiches were okay... the roast beef was highly recommended but it just didn't have the flavor people said it did - it was very oily and honestly sort of bland. The ham and butter were better but still not as good as the pastries. We got the a cold brew and a peach tea for the drinks. Both solid! Overall, 4/5. There was a long line in the front when we got there but it moved relatively fast. Overall, would come back here!

I have always been intimidated by the ever present line, but one day I had the time and decided to embrace it to try these wonderful baked goods. I've been twice, breakfast and lunch, and they really don't miss. The burrata sandwich for lunch was a surprising star for me and highly recommend the pistachio croissant. The cheese bear claw would be my only skip as I did not love a cold cheese pastry (feel like it should be warmed up). If you're in the area, you have to stop by!

If it wasn't so hard to get to, id go every week . Radio Bakery has the most decadent and buttery focaccias, top tier sandwiches, and fun sweet treats that all rotate by season. The greenpoint crowd definitely got lucky with this one! I'd recommend: - classic burrata prosciutto sandwich - roast beef chimichurri sandwich - pain au chocolat - this pancetta focaccia ((I wasn't as much of a fan of the shakshuka)) I've been twice, but my friends and I sat there for about 3 hours that last time ((waiting for them to put their sandwiches out at 11 AM)), so it feels like I've been there a lot more

I wake up every weekend thinking about Radio Bakery. Seriously. Their croissants?? Perfection. Their sandwiches??? Phenomenal. I have never had a better chocolate croissant in my life. I still have yet to try their focaccia which I'm so upset about because they sellout so fast. Don't be intimidated by the line, it moves pretty fast and honestly worth the wait (as someone who HATES waiting, I will wait for Radio for however long it takes). If you haven't tried Radio yet you're missing out

There is always a line but be patient because it is worth it and it moves faster than you think! There's also seating outdoors that turns over pretty quickly as well if you want to eat outside. They have offerings that rotate seasonally or just for one weekend - and they sell out fast. Breakfast sandwiches in the morning and lunch sandwiches after 11AM. I love their ham and rosemary butter sandwich as well as the burrata and proscuitto. The bread is also delicious. You can't go wrong with any pastries here but some of my favorites are the triple chocolate croissant and the vanilla custard croissant (seasonal). The pastries are super flaky and the flavors are delicious without being too sweet. It is a bit on the pricier side ($7-8 for a croissant) and $15 for a sandwich but still one of my favorite bakeries.

I finally made it to Greenpoint's much-hyped Radio Bakery, and I have to admit that when it comes to inventive pastries and sandwiches, I much prefer Bakeri a few blocks away. (Their cold brew is also better.) That being said, the spicy tofu and cabbage sandwich was good. The chili crisp gave it a surprising amount of numbing spice, and I though the flavors were well balanced with the crunch from the cabbage. Perhaps it seemed to me at a subconscious level that these fillings would have gone better on a crispier bread rather than the somewhat chewy baguette. I have a feeling that I would have loved the sandwich if served on a scallion pancake or Malabar parotta.

This place has some of the best pastries I've ever consumed in my entire life. There are so many amazing options, it's so hard to choose. The staff is super friendly, and they are so hard working! Vanilla custard pastry: 11/10 I had one of the first pastries, and it was still warm. Literally so freaking good. The exterior was so flakey and crispy and the inside was smooth and silky. Incredible. Blueberry cheesecake croissant: 10/10 The exterior pastry was so flakey and crispy, the cheesecake was too much and very thin, and the blueberries were huge and so fresh. The combination of all the textures and flavors was perfect! One of the best bakeries in the city hands down!

Back in CA now, and I still daydream about their focaccia. Sadly not a New Yorker, so I'll just have to reminisce about Radio Bakery's amazing sandwiches. Roast beef is not my usual go-to meat, but this particular focaccia changed my mind. I came back the next day just for this. Warm, fluffy bread with chimichurri sauce balanced with the vinegary bitterness from the radicchio. Perfection! The burrata & prosciutto focaccia is my second favorite: creamy, salty, and finger-licking good. The stirato sandwiches are also delicious and less messy to eat. I liked the ham & rosemary more than the roasted asparagus, but always appreciate a good vegetarian option. Though I'm more of a savory gal, also tried their earl grey morning bun, which had a nice, strong tea flavor. Waiting for the day I get to eat their baked goods again!!
